Last updated: August 21, 2026
Medical Tours India (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates medicaltoursindia.com and related services that help international patients connect with hospitals and specialists in India. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you have. It is intended to meet transparency expectations for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and similar advertising platforms.
1. Who we are
Medical Tours India is a medical tourism facilitator. We are not a hospital, clinic, or licensed medical practice. We coordinate travel, appointments, and support services with independent healthcare providers.

2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide and information collected automatically when you use our website or respond to our ads.
- Identity and contact data: name, email address, phone number, country of residence, and preferred language.
- Inquiry and health-related data you choose to share: treatment interest, medical history summaries, reports, prescriptions, or other documents you upload or send for a free consultation.
- Travel and logistics data: preferred travel dates, companion details, visa-related information when you request assistance.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referral source, and approximate location derived from IP.
- Advertising and analytics data: cookie IDs, pixel events, ad click identifiers (such as Google Ads gclid or Meta click IDs), and conversion events used to measure campaign performance.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to consultation requests and coordinate care with partner hospitals and specialists.
- To arrange travel support, airport transfers, accommodation, interpreters, and related patient services.
- To communicate about your inquiry by phone, email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other channels you provide.
- To improve our website, services, and patient experience.
- To run, measure, and improve advertising on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and similar platforms, including conversion tracking and audience insights where permitted by law and platform policies.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse.
4. Legal bases (where applicable)
Depending on your location, we process personal data based on one or more of the following: your consent (for example, when you submit a form or accept cookies/ads tracking); performance of a request or contract (to provide facilitation services you ask for); our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business in a way that does not override your rights; and legal compliance.
5. Cookies, pixels, and advertising technologies
We and our partners may use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies on our website. These help the site function, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and attribute ad clicks to inquiries or other conversions.
Google Ads and Meta Ads may place or read cookies/pixels to deliver ads, limit how often you see them, measure effectiveness, and build aggregated insights. Data collected through these tools may be processed by Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., and their affiliates under their own privacy policies.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings and, where available, platform ad settings (for example, Google Ad Settings and Meta Ad Preferences). Blocking some cookies may affect site features or conversion measurement.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only as needed to provide our services or as required by law:
- Partner hospitals, clinics, and physicians when you request a treatment opinion or appointment.
- Travel, lodging, transport, and interpreter partners when you authorize those services.
- Service providers who host our website, send communications, store files, or provide analytics and advertising measurement (including Google and Meta).
- Professional advisors and authorities when required to comply with law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect rights and safety.
7. Health and sensitive information
If you share medical records or health details, we treat them as confidential and use them only to facilitate the services you request. Partner hospitals remain independently responsible for clinical care and their own privacy practices. Do not submit information you do not want shared with care partners needed to evaluate your case.
8. International transfers
Because we serve patients worldwide and work with providers in India, your information may be transferred to and processed in India and other countries where our partners or processors operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws than your home country. We take reasonable steps to protect information during such transfers.
9. Data retention
We retain inquiry and coordination records for as long as needed to provide services, resolve follow-ups, meet legal or accounting requirements, and maintain legitimate business records. Advertising and analytics logs are retained according to our providers’ settings and our operational needs, then deleted or anonymized when no longer required.
10. Your rights and choices
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or request a copy of information you provided. To exercise these rights, email hi@medicaltoursindia.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
You can opt out of marketing messages by using unsubscribe links or contacting us. Opting out of marketing does not stop service-related messages about an active inquiry.
11. Children’s privacy
Our services are directed to adults seeking medical travel assistance for themselves or dependents under their care. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 16 for advertising purposes. If you believe a child has submitted information inappropriately, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
12. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use caution when sending sensitive medical documents over email or messaging apps.
13. Third-party links and hospital sites
Our website may link to hospital websites, payment providers, or other third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for content or practices on sites we do not control.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
