Partner hospitals remain independently responsible for clinical care and their own privacy practices. Do not submit information you do not want shared with care partners needed to evaluate your case.

Because we serve patients worldwide and work with providers in India, your information may be transferred to and processed in India and other countries where our partners or processors operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws than your home country. We take reasonable steps to protect information during such transfers.

9. Data retention

We retain inquiry and coordination records for as long as needed to provide services, resolve follow-ups, meet legal or accounting requirements, and maintain legitimate business records. Advertising and analytics logs are retained according to our providers’ settings and our operational needs, then deleted or anonymized when no longer required.
