Disclaimer
Last updated: August 21, 2026
This Disclaimer applies to the Medical Tours India website, communications, and advertisements (including Google Ads and Meta Ads on Facebook and Instagram). Please read it carefully before relying on any information or responding to our ads.
1. Not a medical provider
Medical Tours India is a medical tourism facilitation company. We are not a hospital, clinic, or licensed healthcare provider. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. All medical care is provided by independent hospitals, clinics, and licensed practitioners in India (or elsewhere, if arranged).
2. No medical advice
Nothing on this website or in our ads constitutes medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a guarantee of clinical suitability. Information about procedures (such as eye surgery, joint replacement, or neurological care) is general in nature.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for advice about your personal medical situation. Decisions about surgery or treatment should be made only after appropriate clinical evaluation.
3. Results and outcomes vary
Individual results vary. Factors include age, overall health, diagnosis severity, surgeon and facility, adherence to aftercare, and unforeseeable complications. Past patient stories, ratings, “success” language, or before/after style descriptions do not predict your outcome.
We do not guarantee that any procedure will be successful, pain-free, complication-free, or produce a specific functional or cosmetic result.
4. Cost, savings, and wait-time statements
References to lower costs, “up to 80% savings,” wait-time reductions, or price comparisons versus other countries are estimates for illustration only. They are based on typical ranges available at the time of publication and may not apply to your case.
Actual quotes can be higher or lower after medical review. Currency conversion, implants, ICU stays, revisions, medications, and travel can change the total significantly. Advertised savings are not a promise of a specific price.
5. Hospital and accreditation references
Mentions of JCI accreditation, hospital names, doctor credentials, or network partnerships describe affiliations or typical partner credentials and may change. Accreditation status and doctor availability should be verified at the time of booking. Appearance of a hospital or doctor on this site does not mean they have reviewed or endorsed your specific case.
6. Testimonials and patient stories
Testimonials reflect individual experiences. They may be edited for length or clarity. They are not typical results and are not scientific evidence. Where required by advertising rules, note that results are not guaranteed and other patients may have different experiences.
7. Advertising disclaimer (Google Ads & Meta Ads)
Our paid advertisements on Google, Meta, and other networks are promotional communications intended to inform potential patients about facilitation services for medical travel to India. Ads may reference treatments, cost advantages, or support services.
Clicking an ad or submitting a lead form does not create a doctor–patient relationship with Medical Tours India or with any hospital. Health-related ads are informational; they are not intended to scare, coerce, or replace professional medical judgment.
We strive to comply with Google Ads healthcare and restricted-content policies and Meta advertising standards for health and wellness. Ads that mention medical treatments are directed to adults. We do not knowingly target children.
If you believe an ad is inaccurate or inappropriate, contact hi@medicaltoursindia.com so we can review it.
8. Free consultation
“Free consultation” refers to an initial coordination discussion or case review facilitation through Medical Tours India. It is not necessarily a free clinical consultation with a treating surgeon unless expressly stated by the hospital. Additional diagnostic tests or telemedicine consults may involve fees charged by providers.
9. Emergency care
This website and our ads are not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call local emergency services immediately. Do not rely on form submissions or international coordination lines for urgent life-threatening conditions.
10. Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medical Tours India disclaims liability for decisions made based solely on website or advertising content, and for clinical outcomes delivered by independent providers. See our Terms of Service for additional limitations and our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data collected via ads and forms.
